i already own SLB,XOM<br /><br />i have a feeling we will hit a high 90's close to a 100 then drop waaay down. but on this rise whats good to own for the short term<br />

Why don't you buy oil futures instead of stocks? If I wanted to speculate on the price of oil on the short term I would definitely go with the actual commodity instead of a stock.
When oil gets close to $100 you can just sell the futures right away. Also, you are able to get leverage through futures, which can also significantly increase your profit if you are right (also your loss if you are wrong). |

Wow, someone predicted this a while ago.
There are a lot of energy funds out there. Look into some of the mutual funds that are based on goods and services around the industry. Find the major holdings of these funds and go from there. |
