they have a big dividend, 20 cents a share (up from 15 in march) on an $8.xx share price. ex-div is 6/8, so i'm going to watch it for a few days to see if it drops back a little bit and then get in for a couple hundred shares or so.

Effectively, one can make 10% literally overnight on these ex-div watches. There's a few more out that that hit 20%, but they have big prices, or aren't looking so hot to buy even for the short hold (ie, div gets out and shar eprice tumbles 30% from the sell off).

well, i bought coming up on the dip at $8.20.. 400 shares.
Should net me $80 a quarter in dividends alone

There are a few companys that give out big dividends. Check out RMR.

Benn holding this one for a while now.
52 week high today.
ex div date is in a few days, so there's still time to jump in on this.

Last time was 20 cents, this one is 22 cents a share. keeps going up.

I've made 14% on my money, plus 1 dividend back in july and will be in for the upcoming one as well.... so that should move me into the 15% range. not bad for 3 months hold.

Its possible to day trade this thing and make even more money too. It's VERY predictable. I just don't have the time to sell at X and buy at Y all the time. I'm in this for the dividend and 'safe keeping' of my long term money.

another bad ass dividend paid out recently

this is a gold mine. i keep adding a few on the dips, but they are far and few between.

I've officially doubled my money on this one in 6 months. About 50% of my portfolio has been sold and bought into this over time on the dips. As such, i'm watching it very carefully, but you can't beat hitting 52 week highs every other day

Almost $13 now.
