Is it too late to buy google?
since i started my new job, i will have a little extra money that i can sacrifice into the stock market. google traded at $475.xx today and i'm trying to decide if i should stash a little extra money into it. what do you guys think?

i'd say wait until the youtube suits go through. I highly anticipate their stocks dropping when this happens.
what it comes down to, is 10 shares is a shit load of money. for the buck or 2 gain that its seen over the past months, IMO, its not worth typing up nearly 5 grand for a $25 return, before taxes. |

i'm just wondering when they might possibly split though. then we might see more returns. i should do more research when i have time. it's hard to to shake a company whose ticker symbol is "goog".

its not worth it. i dunno if your looking for short or long term stocks, but you should start with something with a much lower buy in. google hasnt done enough lately to justify buying in at this point, imo
