now the new pump is november 20th. nobody will say what it is, but apparently it's 30 days since it's had form 211 filed.

yeah, they had a wells form filed. basically the SEC notified them that they are going to be pressing charges on management.

oh well, i'm out. only lost a couple hundred. could've been much worse.

i'm surprised you didn't hold out on this one. i'm in for the long haul being that i bought back in at .14. i'm kicking myself for not selling at .20. but what can you do? it's always 20/20 hindsight.

its been too long and only bad news... the money is better used elsewhere. i can make up 200 bucks pretty easily in a good fund.
