We are trying to get a business loan......And the bank wants to know what personal property we own...Read on?
What all do i put down...just the big stuff like my house and cars or do i put everything down .....<br />

The bank requires a collateral that would cover for the loan amount that you need. At the same time, it is necessary that the bank knows if you are capable and able to handle the loan. Because if you would say that you only own a house and a car, they might not believe you and you might not get the loan. It is all about integrity and honesty when getting a loan from a bank because they want assurance that you could pay the loan.
