In need of Personal Loan for 4,000 but have poor credit. Any suggestions on where to turn?
I am in need of a personal loan of 4,000. My credit score is in the ballpark of 580, so not good. I have collateral if needed. Any suggestions on where to turn?<br />

Go to a small local bank. Talk to a loan officer personally about your situation. I would be skeptical of anyone who offers to "split the sign-up bonus" with you.

Credit Score is not all they look at, must meet minimum debt service ratios, your cosigner if you have and they look your job.

most 'credit unions' will take 'high risk' credit scores. check around for a local place.
