I need to get a personal loan yet I dont have enough established credit.?
I need to get a loan asap and have been turned down by everyone. I have had a previous loan and paid it back within 4 months. Other than that all I have against me is $3000 in back child support which is being paid off every month and my medical bills from chemotherapy last year. I am in the middle of a custody case over my daughter and desperatly need to pay my lawyer or she is going to drop my case. She will not work out any other payment options for me I have already asked. Also I am getting married, well if I can ever buy her ring, and its really upset me that I can't do anything else but sit back and be told I'm sorry What do I need to do? Im a cancer survior now trying to rebuild my credit and my life. I need help so I can attain custody of my daughter from her grandparents and be married. Help Please<br />

With a poor past history and little new, it will be hard. The best way is to get a secured loan, be it on property, a home, or even a car, if paid and new enough, to begin the rebuilding.
The only other way is a loan from a family member, to get the cash fast. The slow way involves putting a paycheck in the bank as collateral on a loan of the same amount, and repaying it on time, then repeat, until your past history is off and all your new history is positive. |

This is your best bet, regardless of your credit or in your case lack of, you should get an approval.
