are there any mortgage companies in morganton nc that can help with low credit score?
ok my credit isn't horrible just don't really have any!!! i have bought a car , and have gotten a personal loan , but am having a awful time buying a home !!! are there any companies out there in morganton, hickory or the surrounding area of NC that can help me without an arm and a leg down payment ? Please no scammers !!!!<br />

Unfortunately the Sub-Prime mortgage industry basically collapsed. So it will be very hard for a bad/no credit mortgage right now. Any Sub-Prime mortgage you will find will probably have an extremely high down payment or interest rate.
If your score is really just based on a lack of credit you just need to give it time. You were able to get a car and personal loan which is good. Be sure to pay those on time every month. You also might want to look at getting a credit card. When you do be sure to not go over 30% of the limit and pay it off every month. Overtime if you keep up with everything your credit score will improve Most mortgage companies like to see at least 2 years of a positive payment history with several lines of credit for people looking at a mortgage. |
