I'll have to research if it is here, because I've never had to pay for an estimate... but its usually how I start the conversation.

I realized when he was installing the door on Saturday that it was 2 days shy of the four year anniversary of my actually taking posession of the house. I signed my life away for this place on 2-28-07, four years later I finally have a new door.
First night it was in I could tell it was working, because my room was freezing upstairs due to the furnace not kicking on as much. It's already helping to pay for itself.

I still need to figure out what to do with the little tiny door that leads to my porch off the back of my room. They put an inside door on it, and it's tiny as hell. Other than that, the house seems to be in decent shape as far as when I first bought the place, two windows were completely broken out. lol

I have to duck to go outside through it, it's maybe 5 foot tall by 4 wide.

I would probably look into making into a true doorway - as of now it doens't even sound like it is code.
