Well, i had my call with the VP today...

I turned them down.

They have a 5 week from today deadline for phase one of the project.
I'm not leaving here on bad terms, so i'd like to give 3 weeks, 2 at the least for notice... which leaves me 2-3 weeks for the project. Not happening.

so are you not leaving or leaving and not doing the project? i'm confused.

haha, you should just freelance for the company you work for right now and work full time for a different company. but go at your own pace though. dont' work more than 50-60 hours a week, total.

i'm not leaving just yet.

i did another interview today with another firm. it's looking pretty good... we'll see what pans out.

i have an interview for an account manager position at an email marketing company tomorrow. just got an email for a contract job at amazon today. we'll see what happens. ugh i hate this.

i missed a xference call and my boss flipped out on me, so i flipped out on him back and basically said do it your self, i'm done. haha

Now might be the time to air all of you grivances and make some demands/requests. If you were that ready to walk, and he needs you enough, you just might have the upper hand and get what you want.
