Idiots...Extreme Home makeover foreclosure
Stupid sub-prime mortgage people putting out loans to people who can't afford it. Why the hell are you giving out a $450,000 loan to someone who doesn't have any money just because they have an expensive home? Stuff like this is the reason for the bubble burst.

they usually get those houses free and clear. So all they would have to pay for a housing expense is taxes.

and utilities. which is still probably less than the mortgage. someone probably told them they needed a new car, and this and that. stupid, greedy lenders.
