Have a long talk with the local Labor Relations board. YOu are on a financial high wire with him, and he's about to cut the rope.
Good luck |

get another job. you will probably not get the money anyway if the company goes under which it sounds like it will.
tell him unless he pays you now in cash, you will not be coming to work anymore. you can sue them for the pay, but if the company is out of business, it's hard to get. this is exactly what people do to credit card companies to get bad credit (don't pay what they promised to pay) |

Wow, thats bad. Even if you stay and don't do anything about getting the money that is owed to you, would the company even have enough to give you the additional $4500.00 to pay your taxes with when they cant even pay you for your wages? Good Luck with everything.

Talk to a lawyer and start looking for a new job. It sounds like you should have left this job awhile ago.

You need a lawyer for yourself and a new job. You should gotten out of that job before you got in this deep. Confront your boss about your paycheck and IRS money. He needs to pay you before you sue him. You should find another job in the mean time so you can make payments for next month's bills. One thing to consider when finding anew job is how reputable the company is and how financially stable it is. You sound like you're wokring for Enron or something...get out now!

First find a new job ASAP. Or you are going to end up unemployed, and out the money.
Second, contact your State Labor Relations Department, for help in getting the money that is owed to you. It's important that you don't waste any time in doing this though, or it could be too late. |
