Default E-commerce?

Do you have to be any certain age to have a online store? Would someone need to have a bussiness permit in order to do so? Also, what are the laws about taxing for e-commerce?<br />

Not to my knowledge. The only thing might be if you need to take credit card payments but even then, using PayPal should get rid of those problems.

You don't need a business permit unless the items you're selling require a license or a permit in themselves.

And finally, you may have a tax threshold, depending on how old you are and if you exceed this, you will need to self-declare yourself to the tax office and pay whatever is necessary. Or, you could accidentally forget that part and just not pay tax!
