Were 3 Junior's who are suffering with these questions because our teacher is out to be a daddy in the house. So were in class having no idea of questions he left.<br /><br /><br />What is the length of a term of office for members of the U.S. house of representatives?<br /><br />How old must one be to be elected to be elected to the U.S house of representatives?<br /><br />Who has power to propose the law to raise revenue? (a law tax)<br /><br />Who has the sole power of impeachment?<br /><br />How old must one be to be elected to the United States Senate?<br />Who must approve any treaties that are made with foreign countries?<br /><br />Who has the sole power to try to bring trial all impeachments?<br /><br />Who has legislative powers? Who has the power to declare war?<br /><br />Who has the poer to approve or veto laws?<br />Thanks to everyone!<br />

Members of the House of Represenatatives are elected to a two yesar term.
The Constitution establishes the qualifications for members of the House of Representatives and Senate. A Representative must be 25 years of age a citizen of the United States for at least seven years and a legal resident of the state which elects him. A U.S Senator must be at least 30 years old a citizen of the US for the past nine years The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and legislate laws... and a resident of the state which elects him. The House of Representatives has the sole power of impeaching the President, Vice President and all other civil officers of the United States.
