Forex means Foreign Xchange reserves.It is the reserve money for a country to face difficult situations.China stands first among countries with Max amt of Forex reserves.India is also there in top ten.

The Forex Market, or Foreign Exchange, is the international market for trading currencies. It is not about the reserves of countries (although they have influence). The rest I answered for you in an IM.
