You will need an Accountant, Attorney, Trustee, Financial Advisor, Tax advisor, and Insurance professional. Often this can be narrowed down to 3 people. A financial advisor, CPA, and Attorney.

Step 2:Fact Finding
Basically working with these people to analyze your assets/liabilities, Insurance plan, Charitable plan, Health care proxies, trusts, goals, beneficiaries, power of attorney, and wills.

Step 3:Examine the data
Determine if current needs are being met. Also Determine if future needs have been contemplated.

Step 4:Recommendations
Review team suggestions and make sure they all are in agreement and feel they are in your best interests.

Step 5: Create a plan
Sign the necessary documents. Purchase necessary insurance. Mark Changes as needed.

Step 6:Annual Review
Keep your estate plan fresh. Things often change and you need to make sure you keep this updated.
