I read a lot about ex-F1 drivers going into business. Niki Lauda is well-known for Lauda Air. Nelson Piquet is making as much as he ever did, if not more, through Autotrac. Jody Scheckter made a bundle on his firearms testing business. Berger has a family trucking firm. Senna had a substantial business empire.

I have heard that Keke Rosberg is a great negotiator and he has a number of business interests. Does anyone know what they are? All I know is Rosberg did some management work. I don't know what businesses he runs now. Does anyone know?

Also, what about Mansell? I know he has owns a golf course. He is said to have a number of other businesses and companies, but has anyone read about what they are and what they do?
Keke is doing driver management. After retiring, Keke later spent a long time managing his countrymen Jyrki Järvilehto and world champion Mika Häkkinen. Also managed by Keke is his son Nico, who entered Formula 1 in 2006 driving for WilliamsF1.
Nigel Mansell owns a Golf and Country Club called Woodbury Manor near Exeter (Devon, UK) which also houses a museum and collection of his achievements throughout his racing career. He is currently the President of the Institute of Advanced Motorists. |
