My niece will be graduating soon with a BA degree...?
I am trying to give advise to my niece who will be graduating with a BA degree in Business Management. She has worked as an admin for many years (14) and went to school at night to get this degree. She has been asking me how to find a more challenging job and feels stuck in her job as it does pay well, but there is no room for career growth. Any advice would be welcomed.<br />

Try the placement office at the college where she graduated.
