Bachelor's degree programs in business typically require that you take several business survey courses, including corporate finance, management, marketing, accounting, and law, but select a single field such as marketing or finance as either a major or a concentration.
Having said that... If you're a high school senior, and you're already thinking of pursuing a master's degree, I'd like to encourage you to earn your bachelor's degree in a more traditional field--one of the liberal arts, social sciences, or natural sciences. The traditional majors have gotten a bad rep for not getting you the high-paying job right out of college, but they're incredible preparation for any future study. And a solid MBA program will provide you with a better business education than any BBA program will. |
