Default Cash or Credit? Why do you chose one over the other?

Please list what you use, and why.

I use Credit whenever possible. Reasons: Free Rewards on my Credit card <which i pay off montly> and also all of my checking and savings give me interest, so by using my credit card, i get to keep my cash in my bank accounts longer, which gives me higher return on the cash.

What do you do? And why?
If I have the cash, I use cash, because sooner or later, you will still have to fork over the money for your purchase, and I choose to get it over with at the time of purchase.

cash. we only have 3 credit cards to maintain good credit, and we always pay it off in full each month. the lowest interest one we let it maintain a balance for a while.

I use my B of A debit card. You can't go over your balance and if I ever get mugged they don't get my credit card. Not all banks offer that option.

" THERE AIN'T NO SUCH THING AS A FREE LUNCH" !!!!
The Bank pays you more in your account, than you pay in interest, and with 'gifts to boot'??
Hon, I hate bankers, lawyers, politicians, cottonmouth/ water moccasins, and Communists, but BANKERS ARE NOT STUPID !!!!
They simply do not take losses in the debit / credit card 'game'. BTW, The game is extracting money from ever one they can 'con' / snow, coerce, hoodwink' into their web !!!!
